This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through tavrinclub.com and the Tavrin Club emails.
Who we are (data controller)

What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
- Your country, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- A record of your consent: the time you subscribed and confirmed, your IP address, browser user agent, the page and form version, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
- Email engagement: whether you open our emails and which links you click.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use this data only to send you the marketing emails you asked for (member news, service updates and offers about LuckyStart), to prove your consent, and to make sure we stop emailing you if you unsubscribe. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Keeping a suppression list of unsubscribed addresses is based on our legal obligation to respect your choice and our legitimate interest in proving it (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that work for us under data processing agreements:
- email service providers that deliver our emails;
- our hosting provider;
- our link-tracking tool, which measures clicks on links in our emails.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days.
- While you are subscribed, we keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed.
- After you unsubscribe, we keep your consent record for as long as we may need to prove it to prove consent, and your email address on a suppression list so that we never email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to or restrict its use and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or our unsubscribe page; this doesn't affect processing before you withdrew. To exercise your rights, email privacy@tavrinclub.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. Our emails may contain a small image and tracked links to measure opens and clicks.
Age
Our emails are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
